Problem
The customer initially faced several issues with their advertising campaigns, primarily revolving around the main product's low Click-Through Rate (CTR) and Conversion Rate (CVR). Recognizing these challenges, we initiated the project by conducting a comprehensive product audit.
THE PROCESS
Solution
Following the audit, we executed a series of strategic improvements, including updating product photos, enhancing A+ content, and revising listing bullets. With these optimizations in place, we shifted our focus to the advertising campaigns. In the subsequent week, we conducted an in-depth analysis of keywords and competitors, which enabled us to significantly expand the campaign structure, going from just 4 to an impressive 32 campaigns.

The impact of these changes was substantial. We observed a remarkable increase in both advertising spending and sales. Specifically, the outcomes were as follows:
